IBC Heater Jacket Suitable for all types of IBC this heater jacket has quick release adjustable buckles for ease of installation and removal and is designed with upper and lower heat zones, each with separate thermostatic control. This allows for the upper heating zone to be switched off once the content level has fallen below half way. Unlike expensive conventional ovens, the heater jacket allows the IBC to be heated at its point of use. Once heated the IBC can be moved with the jacket in position and still maintain the temperature for longer thanks to the high efficiency thermal insulation. Pan Heater 200ltr The 200ltr Pan Heater is manufactured from 2mm thick mild steel for extra rigidity on uneven surfaces with tapered edges for safe ease of drum location and is protected by a resilient high temperature coating. Temperature adjustment is via a rear aperture in the control unit, with neons indicating power on and load switching viewed through a window in the control unit top. Heat is supplied via a silicone insulated etched foil heater giving a uniform temperature across the platen face. Insulated with 50mm of high density rock wool, heat transference to the base is minimal.

Full Side 200ltr & 25ltr Drum Heater Jacket is manufactured from lightweight but resilient materials and fitted with adjustable quick release buckles for ease of installation and removal. Temperature is regulated via an in-built thermostat up to a maximum of 90°C. Manufactured for use with metal drums.
